Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

 

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All purchases/sales are final. Once an order has been placed, including preorders, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. 

Address Changes:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.  Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that your email requesting address changes will be responded to before your order is processed.  Once your order is fulfilled, we can no longer make changes. Thank you for your understanding.

Damaged Items:

Photo evidence of packaging, packing slip and items must be submitted to hello@shopjustscribble.com no later than 15 days after delivery.  Refunds are approved on a case by case basis.  A determination must be made if the damage is from production or damage that occurred during shipping.  NOTE:  We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.  If items were damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed with the shipping courier.   We may require the damaged items be returned, in which case a prepaid shipping label will be provided to the customer. 

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not liable for any delays or losses that occur during transit. If you experience a delivery issue, we will gladly assist you in filing a shipping insurance claim and, if stock is available, will work with you to arrange a replacement product.

Please note: You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery issue for us to provide assistance. Requests received after 30 days will not be eligible for support, replacements, or claims.

NOTE:  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
