Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All purchases/sales are final. Once an order has been placed, including preorders, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. 

Address Changes:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.  Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that your email requesting address changes will be responded to before your order is processed.  Once your order is fulfilled, we can no longer make changes. Thank you for your understanding.

Damaged Items:

Photo evidence of packaging, packing slip and items must be submitted to XX no later than 15 days after delivery.  Refunds are approved on a case by case basis.  A determination must be made if the damage is from production or damage that occurred during shipping.  NOTE:  We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.  If items were damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed with the shipping courier.   We may require the damaged items be returned, in which a prepaid shipping label will be provided to the customer. 

NOTE:  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
