📦 Shipping Timeline

• With the exception of Plans-Daily and Plans in A5 size, all preorders began shipping October 27th and reserve orders began shipping in November.

  • Plans-Daily in Koji paper are expected to arrive and ship out by end of November.

  • Plans-Daily in Iroful paper are expected to arrive and ship out by mid-December. 
  • As shared in October through all social outlets and in our newsletter, Plans in A5 size are now expected to arrive and ship out by the end of November.

📝 Important Notes

• All preorder and reserve sales are final; no cancellations or changes can be made.

• If your preorder or reserve order included ready-to-ship (RTS) items, your full order will ship once the preorder is ready. Email us at hello@shopjustscribble.com if you have any questions on your RTS items. 

• Any remaining 2026 planners will be added as ready-to-ship inventory once all preorders and reserve orders are fulfilled. RTS planners will reflect a 5–10% price increase compared to preorder pricing.

❓ 2026 Preorder FAQ

Can I cancel or change my preorder?
No. All preorder sales are final; no cancellations or changes can be made once purchased.

When will preorders ship?
We began shipping preorders on October 27th. The exception being Plans-Daily in Pocket size and our A5 size planners as detailed below. 

Due to a production issue, Plans-Daily in pocket size is now available in 75gsm Iroful paper and 52gsm Koji paper. Plans-Daily in Koji paper will ship end of November; Plans-Daily in Iroful will ship end of December.

Unfortunately, our A5 planners were delayed due to production issues beyond my control. We shared this update in October on all our social media outlets as well as via a newsletter.  We expect them to arrive and ship out by the end of November. If your order includes an A5 with other planners, those will ship first, and your A5 will follow separately at no extra cost.

All preorders are being processed by hand — by me! I’m a one-woman shop handling every step of the process with care, from printing and packing to shipping.  Because I also work full-time, orders are processed before work, after work, and on weekends while I juggle family life, YouTube, and our social channels. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding as I work through each preorder. Every order is important to me, and I’m doing my best to get them all shipped as quickly (and carefully) as possible.

What if I ordered ready-to-ship items with my preorder?
All items in your order will ship together once your preorder items are ready. To receive RTS items sooner, they must be placed in a separate order (as noted on the site at checkout).

What happens after preorders & reserve orders ship?
Once all preorders and reserve orders have shipped, any remaining inventory will be added to the website as ready-to-ship (RTS) planners. Please note that RTS planners will not ship until all preorders and reserve orders are fulfilled.

Will the price be the same as preorder?
No. Preorders were offered at special discounted pricing. RTS 2026 planners will reflect a 5–10% price increase, depending on the product.

Can I reserve a planner if I missed the preorder?
Yes! A “Reserve Your Planner” option was opened up on October 20th. This feature allowed you to reserve your RTS planner before they officially go live on the site. The reserve option closed on November 20th at 4p.m. CST. 

Will you restock sold out planners?
All 2026 planners will be marked 'SOLD OUT' after the Reserve Option closes until inventory is recounted.  Once inventory has been confirmed, any remaining stock will added to the shop as Ready To Ship.  BUT Some of our 2026 planners officially sold out during the Reserve Option! 🤯 We always hold a small number back in case of shipping issues, and whatever is left will be added to our Black Friday restock. And YES — we’re already working on a second production run for some of our 2026 planners. More details coming soon. 🤍

What about customers in Australasia & South-East Asia?
We’re thrilled that our resellers in these regions will have some ready-to-ship stock available this fall. This means customers in Australasia & South-East Asia will still have the chance to snag a 2026 planner—but stock will be limited.
