FAQs

❓ 2026 Planner FAQ

Can I cancel or change my order?
No. All sales are final; no cancellations or changes can be made once purchased. Please see our policies for more details.

When will my order ship?
Please note that order processing times may vary but are on average between 5-7 days (excluding holidays); during sales and product launches order processing times extend to 14-21 days (excluding weekends).

All orders are processed by hand — by me! I’m a one-woman shop handling every step of the process with care, from printing and packing to shipping.  Because I also work full-time, orders are processed before work, after work, and on weekends while I juggle family life, YouTube, and our social channels. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding as I work through each order. Every order is important to me, and I do my best to get them all shipped as quickly (and carefully) as possible.

Will you restock sold out planners?
We had full restocks of the Quarterly Undated planners and Weekly Duo in January 2026. We may have limited restocks of our sold-out flagship planners.  Exciting news - we also have new products coming to the shop in the first quarter of 2026. More details coming soon.  🤍

Why did my order ship via Media Mail?
Some of our printed products — including inserts and pencil boards — qualify for USPS Media Mail when ordered on their own. When available, we may use this option to keep shipping costs fair and reasonable.

If Media Mail is used and the actual shipping cost is significantly lower than what was paid at checkout, we’ll refund the applicable shipping overage once your order ships. Minor variances can occur due to packaging, handling, and postal rate differences and may not always result in a refund.

If actual shipping costs are higher than expected, we cover those costs — we never charge customers more due to shipping cost changes or upgrades.

What about customers in Australasia & South-East Asia?
We’re thrilled that our resellers in these regions will have some ready-to-ship stock available this fall. This means customers in Australasia & South-East Asia will still have the chance to snag a 2026 planner—but stock will be limited.

What clear (jelly) covers will fit my planner?
Great question! We have exciting news, clear covers are in the works and coming to the shop soon. In the meantime - our 2026 planners match the sizing of Sterling Ink Common Planners. This means that any cover designed to fit a Sterling Ink Common Planner of the same size will generally fit our planners.  Here’s a breakdown by planner type of covers from other shops:

Plans-Vertical (A5), Plans-Horizontal (A6, B6, A5), and Weekly Duo (B6):

Plans-Quarterly (Standard & B6Slim):

Plans-Daily (Pocket):

    • Koji (52gsm): Same size as Moleskine Daily Pocket and full-year Sterling Ink Common Pocket planners. Most covers designed for those planners will fit.

    • Iroful (75gsm): Same height and width as Moleskine Daily Pocket, but thicker (similar to Leuchtturm1917 Pocket Daily). Covers will fit if they are soft vinyl or heat-treated to stretch.

Plans-Monthly (Standard & B6Slim):

    • These are inserts rather than full planners, so there are fewer cover options.

    • Covers designed for booklet or insert styles, especially those recommended for 5mm or slimmer booklets, will work.

    • LaurenPhelpsDesigns is one brand offering suitable “single-size” covers.

Important Notes About Vinyl/Jelly Covers:

    • Vinyl covers can vary slightly in size (±2mm) and may expand or shrink with temperature.

    • If a cover feels tight, gently warm it with a blow dryer on low heat to stretch it slightly, then allow it to cool while fitted.

    • Covers from Sterling Ink may fit snugly with no extra room, while handmade covers (SaltyKatieCo, PaperBoundCreations) often provide more wiggle room.

Other Considerations:

    • Due to the large variety of covers on the market, we do not currently offer covers specific to our planners.

    • We are testing covers from various shops and may add specific recommendations in the future.

Bottom line: If a cover fits the equivalent Sterling Ink Common Planner size, it will most likely fit our planners too.

Why are some pens smearing on my planner pages?
Our current planners use Iroful & B7 (formerly CAL) paper, which is well-loved in the planner and journaling community for the smooth feel and ability to handle ink beautifully. Because of their coating, some inks—especially certain gel and fountain pen inks—may have a slightly longer dry time compared to last year’s Sanzen TRP paper.

Pen performance can vary by ink type, tip size, and writing pressure. Many customers have great results with quick-drying pens such as Uni Jetstream, Zebra Sarasa Clip, Uni-ball ONE, Pentel EnerGel, and similar pens. Allowing a few extra seconds for ink to dry can also help prevent smearing.  Below is a list of pens I've used personally and found have minimal immediate smearing and no smear after about a 5 second wait time:

  • Uni Jetstream

  • Zebra Sarasa Clip

  • Uni-ball ONE

  • Hi-Tec-C Coleto

  • Zebra Blen (I personally recommend the 0.5 over the 0.7)

  • Pentel EnerGel

  • Pilot Multi Ball

  • Paper Mate InkJoy

We’ll continue sharing pen recommendations and testing videos (make sure you are subscribed to our channel) to help you find the best pen + paper combo for your planning style.
