IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

It is with a heavy heart that I announce that as of December 3rd we will no longer be accepting orders from EU and Northern Ireland customers. As you are probably aware, new EU General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) go into effect on December 13th. Because of the requirements set forth under these regulations we will no longer be able to ship our products to the EU or NI.

The GPSR were designed to ensure that all consumer products sold in the EU meet modern safety standards but these rules require businesses, like mine, to comply with complex compliance requirements that I cannot meet at this time as a small, one-person shop. The cost and administrative burden is just too high. It is so disappointing to share this news with you and to stop selling to our wonderful customers in these regions.

I will be monitoring these regulations, looking at ways we could meet their requirements within our current business model, as well as looking into reseller options for the future. The goal is to find a way to offer our products to EU and NI customers again. But for the foreseeable future we will cease selling to the European Union (EU) and Northern Ireland (NI). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The last day for EU and NI customers to order is today, December 2nd.
