ORDER PROCESSING

Please note that order processing times may vary depending on order volume but are typically 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new releases, promotions, or preorder periods, processing times may be longer. Please refer to our Shipping & Handling page for the most current processing estimates.

Once an order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier, Just Scribble is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you in working with the carrier whenever possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We're delighted to ship Just Scribble products to customers around the world!

For eligible destinations, duties, taxes, and applicable import fees are calculated and collected at checkout. This allows you to see your total cost before placing your order and helps avoid unexpected import charges upon delivery.

For destinations where prepaid duties and taxes are not available, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by your country's customs authority remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customs regulations and import requirements vary by country. While most international shipments arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, customs processing and inspections may occasionally result in delays that are outside of our control.
